CNBLUE EXPANDE SU PALETA MUSICAL PROFUNDAMENTE CON EL SINGLE «YOU’RE SO FINE» , EP «BLUEMING»
El nuevo lanzamiento del cuarteto K-Pop/ Rock ve a la banda probando nuevos géneros, junto con todas las canciones en Inglés.
Durante años, CNBLUE ha sido conocido en la escena del K-pop como la Banda número 1 con buen sentimiento rock-pop. Pero el año pasado el single “Cinderella” y el álbum 2gether vio al grupo abrazar un sonido electro-pop. Similar a MAROON 5 (a quien el grupo ha ganado muchas comparaciones a) entró en una nueva dirección hace un par de años atrás, CNBLUE continúa ampliando su paleta musical con un disco con tintes únicos en su single y un ambicioso EP.
You’re So Fine ve al grupo incorporar un sonido Brass que hace sentirte bien, haciendo un sonido con pinceladas disco que se adapta a la voz del cantante Jung Yong Hwa como un guante y funciona tan bien como sus miembros añadiendo coros en el estribillo. El sonido soulful ha estado en la escena del K-pop por un minuto, pero CNBLUE encuentra una manera de hacer un sonido fresco en comparación con sus contemporáneos en una canción que se siente como una continuación de un sonido explorado en la canción de 2gether “Hold My Hand”.

La banda Sur Coreana CNBLUE toma China por Sorpresa
Los rockeros-pop Sur Coreanos CNBLUE se están conviertiendo en los chicos de ojos azules del mundo del espectáculo chino.

El cuarteto, formado por el vocalista y líder Jung Yong Hwa, de 26 años, el guitarrista Lee Jong Hyun , de 25 años, el bajista Lee Jung Shin y el batería Kang Min Hyuk, ambos de 24 años, han encontrado la fama no sólo en su propia casa, sino también en China.
La banda ha hecho apariciones especiales en programas de variedades populares en China, Day Day Up y Happy Camp.
Jung surgió una sensación en Internet de clases en Sina Weibo, un híbrido chino de Twitter y Facebook.
En diciembre de 2014, se informó de que sólo seis semanas después de Jung creara una cuenta de Sina Weibo para interactuar con sus fans de habla en mandarín, era un tema de tendencia en la plataforma de medios de comunicación social no menos de 20 veces.
En el pasado Septiembre, CNBLUE grabó su debut chino con el single Cinderella, que fue utilizado como tema de la película de acción – comedía Bad Guys Always Die, producción de Corea del Sur – China.
Mientras que Cinderella no se desvía del sonido de la marca de rock maravilloso del grupo y la garra de los coros, el chino era un reto para Jung.
“El aprendizaje de un nuevo idioma no es fácil. Sin embargo, me gusta aprender chino y tuve una grabación muy divertida de la versión china de Cinderella”, dijo a M en una entrevista por correo electrónico.
“Aún no tengo fluidez en chino, pero estoy feliz de que yo soy (ahora) capaz de comunicarme directamente con mis fans en chino”.
“Aprendo mucho más por la frecuencia de ver los espectáculos de variedades chinas y la interacción con los fans en Sina Weibo” .
VIENE A Singapur
Jung podría apenas mostrar su mandarín en el concierto de la banda en Singapur el próximo mes.
CNBLUE, quien actuó por última vez aquí en 2014 y 2013, estará en el Estadio Cubierto de Singapur el 13 de Febrero. Jung organizó su primer concierto en solitario aquí el pasado Mayo.
“Estamos felices de pasar el Día de San Valentín con nuestros fans de Singapur”, dijo Jong Hyun. “El hecho de que estamos llevando a cabo nuestra música a los fans en un buen día, es muy romántico en sí mismo” .

South Korean band CNBLUE takes China by Storm
South Korean pop rockers CNBlue are fast becoming the blue-eyed boys of Chinese showbiz.
Yes, you read that correctly.
The quartet, made up of lead vocalist and frontman Jung Yong Hwa, 26, guitarist Lee Jong Hyun, 25, bassist Lee Jung Shin and drummer Kang Min Hyuk, both 24, have found fame not only on their home turf but also in China.
The band has made special appearances on China’s popular variety programmes, Day Day Up and Happy Camp.
Jung emerged an Internet sensation of sorts on Sina Weibo, a Chinese hybrid of Twitter and Facebook.
In December 2014, it was reported that just six weeks after Jung set up a Sina Weibo account to interact with his Mandarin-speaking fans, he was a trending topic on the social media platform no less than 20 times.
Last September, CNBlue recorded their debut Chinese hit single Cinderella, which was used as the theme song of South Korea-China produced action comedy flick Bad Guys Always Die.
While Cinderella does not deviate from the group’s trademark groovy rock sound and punchy choruses, the Chinese was a challenge for Jung.
«Learning a new language isn’t easy. However, I enjoy learning Chinese and I had great fun recording the Chinese version of Cinderella,» he told M in an e-mail interview.
«I’m not fluent in Chinese yet, but I’m happy that I am (now) able to communicate directly with my fans in Chinese.
«I learn a lot more by frequently watching Chinese variety shows and interacting with fans on Sina Weibo.»
COMING TO S’PORE
Jung might just show off his Mandarin at the band’s concert in Singapore next month.
CNBlue, who last performed here in 2014 and 2013, will be at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Feb 13. Jung staged his first solo concert here last May.
«We are happy to spend Valentine’s Day with our Singapore fans,» said Jong Hyun. «The fact that we are performing our music to fans on such a good day is very romantic in itself.»
He added: «Singapore fans can expect to see sides of us they don’t usually see (on TV).
«We will be doing a medley together using just our voices, no instruments.»
When asked about their ideal partner, the four eligible bachelors each had a different description.
Jung said: «I tend to like girls who are nice and good-natured.»
Kang said he preferred «someone who I feel comfortable with when we are together».
Jung Shin likes «feminine girls who are cute» while Jong Hyun is looking for a someone «who is mature yet fun to be with».
The Korean-language version of Cinderella is in the band’s second album 2gether, released last September and available on iTunes.
Unlike many K-pop idol outfits who have no creative input in their studio releases, Jung, Jong Hyun and Jung Shin are heavily involved in the music composition and production.
All 11 tracks on 2gether are penned by the trio.
